I - Terms and Conditions
Transactions that are carried out on the ZS Motor Internet website are subject to the present terms and conditions, as well as current Chilean legislation, in particular all laws relating to protection of Consumers Rights.
1.– You must read and agree to the following terms and conditions of sale in order to purchase from ZS Motor Internet.
2.– Client registration on this website is a prerequisite for purchase. To this end, the customer must register their address and basic contact numbers on the registration page, ZS Motor Internet, ZS Motor Internet will not share this information. Client registration in www.zsmotor.cl site implies knowledge and acceptance of terms and conditions of sales described herein.
3. – Each client must register to enter your email and password. The password must be at least 6 alphanumeric digits, which will be sought before making any purchase.
4. - The administration of this password is absolute responsibility of the client and allows access to purchase. Delivery to third persons shall not imply any responsibility for ZS Motor.
5. - The user registered with ZS Motor Internet can provide rectification, deletion and / or cancelation of data when appropriate, in accordance to law 19.628. In any case, the data may be communicated or transferred to related companies, to improve information and sales of products and services provided or distributed.
6. - Prices and services displayed on the website ZS Motor Internet only apply to purchases made online and are not applicable to transactions in other ZS Motor store. Likewise the prices and services on display in other ZS Motor stores, do not necessarily apply to transactions on ZS Motor Internet.
7.- If for some reason or problems beyond the control of ZS Motor, a product figures with a value equal to "$ 0" you understand that this is product is out of stock and that the value specified in "$ 0" does not constitue a commercial value and therefore does not constitute a commitment of sale.
8. – The purchases made on the website are subject to availability of stock.
9.- Once you have deposited your money, or have successfully completed the payment through the system WEBPAY, ZS Motor will confirm the payment. Once confirmed ZS Motor will receive payment via Wre Transfer and will have a maximum of 72 hours to deliver purchased items.
8. - The conditions for product returns are expressed in this site and for its implementation it is necessary to meet the requirements requested on this site.
9. – ZS Motor Internet takes no responsibility for information provided by other websites and the consequences of said information, especially when access to the site ZS Motor Internet has been made through a link or banner on sites that do not have contracts or partnerships with ZS Motor Internet.
10. – ZS Motor Internet reserves the right to amend any information contained on this site at any time without previous notice.
II – Payment Terms
Payment by Checking Account: After confirming your order we will contact you via mail to verify the stock of the product and our bank account details.
WEBPAY payment (credit cards): You may pay in 3 installments without interest or up to 24 installments with interest (interest determined by your credit card company). The charge is automatically charged to your card once the amount of the order has been confirmed and you have entered your credit card details in the Transbank secure online payment environment. If there is no stock of the product, we will contact you to reverse the charge.

III – Product Dispatch
No dispatches are made within the metropolitan area because of cost, unless the purchase amount exceeds $ 200,000 Pesos Chilenos.
All shipments to regions, excluding the metropolitan area are made with payment at destination (the dispatch is cancelled when you receive the product)
Dispatches from Arica to Quellón: Are sent through Pullman Cargo, Tur Bus, Lit Cargo or directly to your home (if you prefer to have products sent to your office, you should indicate this by adding a comment).

IV – Exchanges & Returns
ZS Motor will only exchange products in the cases specified by law 19,496, including:
(a) When materials, parts, components, ingredients or substances which are or incorporated in the products do not correspond to the specifications of the said holding or labeling;
(b) If any product, manufacturing defects, design, materials, parts, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality or health conditions, if any, is not entirely suitable for use or consumption or which is intended as such that the supplier has indicated in its advertising;
(c) If after the first time that the product is returned for guarantee and deemed suitable by a service technician, the shortcomings remain making the product unfit for use or consumption for which it is intended, and
(d) When the subject matter of the object has defects or hidden defects that render the purpose for which they are ordinarily intended.
This right may only be made effective within 3 months after delivery, provided it had not been damaged by an act attributable to the customer. In the case of perishable products or products which by their nature are intended to be used or consumed in a short time, the term for repayment shall be printed on the product or its packaging or, failing that, the maximum term of 7 days .
Said articles do not carry the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 3a of Act No. 19496.

Requirements for Exchanges and Refunds:
1.- Present the boleta (Invoice) or factura (Comercial Invoice) referring to the purchase of said product.
2.- Customer must apply within 3 months after purchase of the product.
3.- The product should be without use, with all stickers and labels and in perfect condition.
4.- Product should must be returned in original packaging.
5.- Product must be returned with all accessories, manuals and guarantee policies.
V- Guarantees
All ZS Motor products are warranted for three months. If the fault occurs as a result of manufacturing error or defect in materials, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace the product at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect or decay of natural colors and materials after use.
For evaluation of the product guaranteed, the product should be sent straight to the location where the purchase originated. If the purchase was made on our online store it must be reported by mail to the following address: info@zsmotor.net.
